    This file decodes to "EPROM.SDA", a Commodore-64 program.  Load and run
it to self-extract three files.  The files give details for building an
EPROM programmer for the C-64, to program 8 Kbyte and 16 Kbyte 28-pin
EPROMs. Included is the software for programming the EPROMs, reading ROMs,
loading and saving data, checking data, etc.
