I am aware of three programs that can unpack this .LNX file.  They are....

Omega-Q
Lynx17
geoPACK

This terminal program is by Solder and is considered to be freeware as it is
the 1994 version.  It has some bugs in it.  I couldn't get the dialer to 
work, but got around that by typing adtd XXX-XXXX in the terminal window.

I was able to use the VT52 mode to run Pine, but first I had to tell my
ISP that I was using a VT100 emulation.  Lynx did not work at all.  :(
Apparently it needs a true VT100.  I did not check any other online
programs or BBS's.

Included in the archive are the following files:

Term-80 v9/94 -- the main program
Term-80.doc -- the original docs in German
Term-80.hlp -- the help file (loaded by pressing C= H in the terminal)
Term-80.cnf -- the configuration file I used with my 1670 modem
Term-80email.txt -- an email about the status of this version of Term-80
Readme.txt -- This file.
Term-80.txt -- All of the menus tranlated into English
