It simulates the system ROMs, while 100% emulating the machine's sound and about 35-50% emulating the 9918ANL graphics modes. Tutti is both PAL and NTSC compatible. It will probably not work with the SuperCPU. Both graphic and BASIC mode are supported, but incomplete. Cartridges are not supported because of the lack of 9995 emulation. This release is somewhat buggy -- the most irritating is a memory leak in graphics mode that causes the system to freeze or crash after a few minutes.
