Tutti is a small, partial simulation of the Tomy Tutor, a 1983 TMS9995-based
computer with an architecture similar to the TI 99/4A, for the C64.

Tutti 0.2a fixes various bugs in the original Tutti 0.2, including the
crash bug in graphics mode and attempts to improve the cursor flicker bug
that first appeared in 0.1. 0.2a also adds the MONitor and some additional
BASIC keywords.
